We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to help drive a successful Open Enrollment season and deliver an exceptional employee experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-Site in Philadelphia, PA) Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00/hour Contract: October - December

Job Description:

• Processing benefits enrollment forms and related employee paperwork.
• Assisting employees with benefits-related questions and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity.
• Processing HR transactions and updates within the organization's HRIS system.
• Supporting Open Enrollment communications and administrative activities.
• Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Prior Human Resources experience required.
• Demonstrated experience processing employee benefits paperwork and benefits administration activities.
• Hands-on experience using UKG Pro (required).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
