Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Offer immediate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning when required, ensuring clients' safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a supportive community among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will work with includes a diverse population, ranging from children to older adults, each navigating unique mental health journeys. Your role will involve working with clients struggling with conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, and other complex issues, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
