Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct supportive, one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, creating tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Observe and document client progress meticulously, ensuring comprehensive and timely notes are completed by the end of each session, reflecting patient achievements and areas for continued growth.

• Facilitate orientation sessions for new clients and their families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and available resources.

• Provide encouragement and practical assistance to clients with personal needs, applying empathy and active listening skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Employ crisis management techniques in acute situations, including recognizing warning signs of distress and effectively communicating changes in client behavior to the treatment team.

This role primarily serves a diverse population, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid license as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.
