Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions via video chat and in-person, promoting emotional openness and self-exploration among clients.

• Advocate effectively for clients' needs, guiding them in setting realistic and attainable goals for their therapeutic progress.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health statuses, utilizing standardized assessments and diagnostic criteria to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of solution-focused therapeutic approaches, leveraging your clinical expertise to adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues, enhancing your own skills while contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and improve access to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to apply culturally competent practices to ensure that care is inclusive and responsive to the specific backgrounds and experiences of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Experience providing counseling services to a variety of demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Strong ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
