Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted networking, direct outreach, and relationship building with key corporate decision-makers. Conduct deep-dive client needs assessments to diagnose specific organizational challenges and identify strategic opportunities for our services. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to design customized, comprehensive proposals that precisely address client objectives and maximize satisfaction. Manage contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering a foundation for strong professional partnerships. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in B2B prospecting and new business generation within a competitive, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to perform thorough corporate needs assessments and translate client challenges into viable solutions. A proven history of establishing, nurturing, and maintaining high-trust professional relationships that contribute to long-term business success. Experience working within a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
