People Operations Specialist

About The Role The role owns core People Operations processes, from onboarding and HRIS administration to compliance and benefits management. You will partner closely with finance and people-team leadership to scale internal systems and ensure a seamless operational experience for all employees. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding workflows across HRIS and identity management tools Administer global benefits programs, leaves of absence, and retirement plans Maintain data integrity across HR systems including Workday, Greenhouse, and Lattice Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations and labor laws Support semi-monthly payroll processing and coordinate with finance on headcount reconciliation Optimize internal people operations documentation, ticketing queues, and knowledge bases What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR administration, or a related role within a technology company Hands-on experience configuring and managing HRIS platforms such as Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR Solid understanding of US employment law, compliance standards, and payroll fundamentals Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills Bonus: Experience managing international payroll and employment of record (EOR) providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
