Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will:

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing meaningful rapport and employing effective therapeutic modalities to facilitate their progress.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client status, review progress towards treatment plans, and discuss discharge options when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, including progress notes and intake assessments.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision and collaborative case reviews to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

• Foster a growth mindset, remaining adaptable to ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our service delivery is focused on a varied patient population comprising adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. As an LMHC, you will utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts, ensuring that everyone receives personalized and effective care.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms, as well as office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional experience with the following will be advantageous:

• Annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, with a fee-for-service structure that provides guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections.
