Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver effective mental health interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring goals are measurable and achievable.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, nurses, and physicians, to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional consultation to continuously enhance your clinical skills and keep abreast of advancements in social work practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, with a strong foundation in clinical practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state, allowing you to provide independent therapeutic services.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
