Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical consultation to clients in crisis and non-crisis situations through in-person meetings and phone communications.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices catered to the diverse needs of clients within both inpatient and outpatient frameworks.

• Participate in ongoing audits and quality assurance/quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.

• Prepare and submit programmatic and other reports as requested by the Director, contributing to our data-driven approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and data entry in the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
\n
• Monitor and manage the caseload assignments of interns and trainees, providing necessary support and feedback to foster their development.
\n
• Plan and facilitate training workshops for interns and university students, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Coordinate with centralized intake and other clinical supervisors to address concerns and oversee intern caseloads effectively.

Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year for this full-time role, reflecting your skills and experience.
