This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while ensuring a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. As part of our counseling team, you will frequently engage in virtual consultations and therapy sessions, complemented by occasional appointments in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your work will encompass a varied client population, including adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
