Duties

Help

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

• Ability to identify meaningful performance indicators, design data collection methodologies, and apply advanced statistical techniques to evaluate program outcomes.
• Conduct responsibilities for planning, organizing, and directing team-based studies that require collaboration across organizational lines. Developing multi-year plans, preparing resource allocation strategies, and advising senior leadership on optimizing program operations to address emerging threats and challenges
• Conduct analyst to ensure that study findings and recommendations are supported by rigorous analysis and are presented in a clear and actionable format. Mentors junior staff and provide training in advanced analytical techniques.
• Conduct training sessions, developing standard operating procedures, and advising on the implementation of new processes.
• Conduct analyst monitors emerging trends and developments in program management and evaluation, ensuring the agency remains responsive to changing priorities and challenges.

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:

• Knowledge of developing and implements program evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of agency programs and operations.
• Knowledge integrates data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making at the senior leadership level.
• Knowledge of displaying initiative, critical thinking, and attention to detail in all aspects of the work, managing changing priorities and handling complex assignments in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge to evaluate the alignment of program activities with broader agency priorities and to identify opportunities for resource optimization.
