Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform crisis intervention assessments and necessary screenings to tailor treatment plans effectively and assess the immediate needs of clients.

• Create and facilitate group counseling sessions covering various mental health topics to educate and support adolescents in a communal setting.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Provide training and support to probation and detention staff on effective skill-building plans for adolescents in their care.

• Coordinate discharge planning with community providers to ensure continuity of care for clients transitioning out of detainment.
