Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for students and families to assess their mental health concerns, identifying strengths and challenges to develop effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of your clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Create, implement, and periodically review treatment plans that encompass measurable goals, identified interventions, and progress monitoring to align with clients’ evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, educators, and case managers, to integrate interventions and provide holistic care to students.

• Engage in crisis intervention services, which includes conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and providing immediate support as needed.

• Advocate passionately for clients' rights, facilitating connections to community resources and providing comprehensive case management services to support their journey to recovery.

• Actively participate in community outreach efforts, helping to educate the public about mental health issues and available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a generous sign-on bonus as part of your recruitment package.
