We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily field operations, drive operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and support field personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
\n
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
\n

Field Operations Management

\n

\n
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
\n
• Optimize scheduling, workflows, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
\n
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
\n

\n

Resource & Asset Management

\n

\n
• Manage equipment, tools, materials, and field resources to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
\n
• Oversee inventory tracking and coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
\n

\n

Performance & Process Improvement

\n

\n
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
\n
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
\n
• Develop and communicate operational reports to leadership.
\n

Customer & Stakeholder Relations

\n

\n
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding field operations.
\n
• Resolve operational challenges while maintaining strong customer relationships and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Proven experience in field operations, logistics, project management, or a related leadership role.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
\n
• Experience with operational management software, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
\n
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
