*What You Will Do*

* Represent clients across all aspects of family law: divorce, child custody, spousal maintenance, property division, and modifications.
* Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and settlement proposals.
* Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, and advocate effectively for your clients.
* Counsel and support clients throughout their cases with clear, responsive communication.
* Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently.

*What We Are Looking For*

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active Arizona Bar license, in good standing.
* At least 1 year of family law experience. We will also consider strong litigators from other practice areas who are ready to focus on family law.
* Strong analytical, research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A client-centered approach and a real passion for family law advocacy.
* Spanish fluency is a plus.
