Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, concerns, and mental health challenges, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored treatment approaches that address the unique situations of each client, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and resources for recovery and resilience in a supportive and informative manner.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated care, coordinating efforts among therapists, medical professionals, and community resources for a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in continual professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and service quality, participating in workshops, supervision, and peer review processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes diverse individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress-related disorders. You will work with a primarily adult population, addressing a range of concerns while navigating their unique cultural backgrounds and personal histories. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure in New York State as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain organized and accurate client information.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, supplemented by a robust benefits package.
