Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, independent professional license, including either: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that reflect a compassionate and supportive nature.

• Strong computer literacy skills, with an ability to navigate digital therapy platforms efficiently.
