SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant

job summary:
We are seeking a senior SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant to oversee functional support, configuration, and enhancement of our client's SAP HCM On-Premises system. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technical teams to design solutions, configure complex PCRs and Schemas, and ensure seamless time and payroll operations.

responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management (Positive and Negative).
• Author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and design customized Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas.
• Lead test planning and execution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional defects.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and integration teams to deliver custom functional enhancements.

qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

14+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll configuration.

Proven technical mastery of SAP Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas.

Demonstrated experience preparing Functional Design Documents and leading UAT cycles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Functional knowledge of SAP Mexico Payroll localizations.

Active SAP HR or Payroll certification.

Excellent communication and client stakeholder management skills.
