What You’ll Actually Do At Redpoint College Station, the Experience Team Member role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and daily operations. On a given day, you might tour a prospective resident through the community, field a maintenance request from a current tenant, pull a package from the receiving area, log the follow-up, and then pivot to helping promote an upcoming resident event on social media. The throughline is customer interaction, and there’s a lot of it. You’ll conduct community and amenity tours, execute leasing and engagement initiatives set by the management team, and assist with local marketing efforts including social platforms and community programming. Administrative tasks are part of the mix too: keeping the office and common areas organized, scheduling maintenance follow-ups, and covering after-hours lockout calls on a rotating basis. Turn periods at a student property move fast, and availability during those windows is a genuine requirement of the role. This position is based on-site at Redpoint College Station, with daytime business hours as the baseline and an after-hours on-call rotation included.
