Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative

Our representatives meet remotely with individuals who have signed up for benefits that protect their families beyond their employer's coverage. They consult with families, explain available options, and help them choose the plan that best fits their needs. This role is ideal for those new to benefits consulting or with some experience, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized. They think like entrepreneurs and are committed team players. Job Requirements: Contact individuals who have requested information on the benefits we offer Schedule virtual meetings with these individuals Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Hearing insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield Company stock options Comprehensive remote paid training program Weekly pay with a competitive commission structure, on average $65,000 to $70,000 in the first year Flexible work schedule with the ability to work remotely (Our offices are open if you work more efficiently in an office setting) #J-18808-Ljbffr Agent Alliance Inc.
