Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client growth.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care by incorporating various perspectives and expertise into treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance in all record-keeping practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000, contingent upon caseload availability and relevant experience.
