Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building rapport while adhering to professional ethics and establishing necessary boundaries.

• Schedule and attend regular therapeutic sessions, assessing client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Craft, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Document all client interactions and updates with thorough progress notes and maintain accurate client records in our electronic health record system.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, gathering essential information to guide treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster client growth and healing.

• Engage in regular individual supervision meetings to discuss case management, clinical challenges, and professional development.

The clients you will serve at the Mental Therapeutic Consulting Center include a diverse mix of adults, children, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. We focus on providing care in the least restrictive setting possible to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately leading to healthier coping mechanisms and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.

• Proficient in using technology for documenting client progress, including familiarity with RMS systems, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates, paid ahead of collections, ensuring you experience financial stability without delays in reimbursement.
