GTE is a fast-growing global eCommerce company focused on building and scaling brands across international markets. We operate in a performance-first environment where ideas are tested, executed, and translated into real growth.
We’re looking for a Shopify Conversion Specialist to take full ownership of product page performance across large Shopify catalogs.
Conversion optimization is a core revenue driver at GTE. In this role, you won’t just support CRO efforts — you’ll own conversion performance end-to-end, directly impacting:
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Average order value (AOV)
- Overall revenue across product pages
What You’ll Own (First 90 Days): Success in this role means you’ll be able to:
- Optimize 100+ product pages for conversion and AOV
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across product funnels
- Improve key conversion drivers:
- Copywriting
- Offer structure
- Page layout
- Visual hierarchy
- Run A/B tests with clear, measurable revenue impact
- Turn supplier or basic assets into high-converting product pages
- Diagnose whether performance issues are driven by:
- Offer
- Design
- Traffic quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce CRO / conversion optimization experience
- Experience with large product catalogs (100+ SKUs)
- Hands-on Shopify experience
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and/or revenue
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills
- Understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior
- Comfortable being measured on performance and results
Requirements
- Experience with DTC brands, dropshipping, or affiliate marketing (bonus)
- Experience scaling high-SKU stores (bonus)
