The most successful candidate will bring complete bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, alongside a solid academic foundation in business or legal studies, ensuring they can seamlessly step into this highly visible and demanding position. Responsibilities Monitor and manage incoming requests from external authorities to guarantee prompt and accurate responses. Administer the calendar for the department to ensure all critical legal and regulatory deadlines are strictly met. Coordinate effectively with risk management and operations teams to resolve complex corporate matters. Aid in the assembly and drafting of corporate disclosures and official internal reports. Handle the processing of department expenditures and organize essential operational documentation. Qualifications Outstanding capability to communicate both verbally and in writing across English and Mandarin. Exceptional attention to detail combined with the capacity to juggle multiple demanding projects concurrently. Bachelors degree concentrated in business, economics, legal studies, or a corresponding discipline. Prior exposure to an administrative, legal, or regulatory environment is highly advantageous. Proven capacity to conduct thorough research and analyze information effectively.
