Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evaluations conducted prior to therapy initiation, referencing interdisciplinary collaboration when necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that include the collection of patient histories, performance assessments, and development of clear, actionable recommendations.

• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all records reflect the course of treatment, from initial evaluations to discharge summaries.

• Participate in discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care by arranging appropriate follow-up services and patient education.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while completing necessary training and certifications.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other health care team members to foster a collaborative and respectful care environment.

• Engage in facility meetings and contribute feedback for clinical service improvements as directed by leadership.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, accidents, or chronic conditions that impact their physical mobility. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Florida, in accordance with local regulations.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy role, ideally within an outpatient setting.

• Experience in implementing evidence-based treatment strategies for orthopedic populations.
