DutiesMonitors organizational priorities and ensure assignments are appropriately routed, tracked, and completed within established deadlines.Serves as the principal operational liaison between Research Support Office, Agency Chief of Staff, and other headquarter organizations to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and executive priorities.Ensures the research support office leadership is informed of enterprise priorities, policy changes, and executive directives impacting operations.Coordinates preparation of executive briefing materials, decision papers, talking points, and background information for senior leadership engagement.Develops executive dashboards, action trackers, and status reports that provide leadership with real-time visibility into critical initiatives and operational performance.
