Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator supporting the Landscape Maintenance Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations by connecting clients, sales, and production teams. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to phone and online inquiries promptly and professionally Prepare and process proposals based on direction from the sales team Address client questions regarding scheduling, services, and project status Maintain accurate records of work orders, job progress, and client information Facilitate ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients Coordinate internal workflows to ensure projects are ready for scheduling and execution Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support additional service offerings Provide general administrative support, including documentation, organization, and internal communication Support leadership with special projects and process improvements as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (required) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Experience supporting sales processes or working with CRM/ERP systems (preferred) Knowledge of landscaping, construction, home services, or related fields is a plus, but not required Ability to commute to Mukwonago, WI 53149 (required) Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program
