If that's you come build your career with us at Welch Equipment Company and let's continue to set the standard!BenefitsLow-cost Medical, Dental, Vision insuranceSTD, LTD, and Life insurancePaid Sick Leave and PTO401(k) matchCompensation Range: $24.00 - $34.00 / hour depending on experienceJob ResponsibilitiesPrimary duty is to ensure that safe practices are followed in all aspects of daily activitiesDiagnose / troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues accurately the first timeRead schematics, diagrams, blueprints, etc. To assist with repairs and/or diagnosticsRemove, replace, and repair major components of lift trucks, pallet trucks, sweepers/scrubbers, etc.Perform routine service on equipment including fluid and filter replacementsPerform shop repairs as needed in a fast paced and frequently high stress environmentMaintain the premium degree of professionalism and customer satisfaction that Welch Equipment is known forAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerAdditional duties as assignedQualifications :Minimum High School education or GED equivalentProficient mechanical knowledge requiredASE certifications are highly preferredDetail oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a high-pressure environment with minimal or no guidanceReasonable level of computer literacyImpeccable communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people and backgrounds
