Summary The Amanda Pohlman Team is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Sales to guide and support our group of 15-20 agents. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to spearhead growth initiatives, streamline operations, and cultivate a positive, energetic atmosphere where every team member can excel. Our local team of passionate real estate agents thrives on delivering exceptional value and surprising clients with outstanding results. Led by Amanda, with over 21 years of experience, and supported by a strong Director of Operations and dedicated staff, we cover every aspect from listings to marketing and client care. We foster a fun, client-focused culture that emphasizes skill development, wealth building, and investing. We train on abundance, host frequent client events, and team-building opportunities. Agents on our team consistently sell more homes, earn more income, and build thriving businesses that support fulfilling lifestyles.
- Attract new sales talent to the team
- Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training
- Become an expert on PLACE Technology
- Participate in PLACE Leadership Development program
- Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems
- Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
- Maintain existing and create new campaigns
- Oversee negotiations for all contracts
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
- Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
- Excellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learning based
- Able to build and lead a team
- Real estate license
- 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
