Director of Sales Marketing

Join us as the Director of Sales Marketing at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, leading sales strategy and driving revenue growth for Hyatt Place – Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, OH. Pay Range Base pay range: $57,921 – $65,161 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience). Responsibilities Inspire and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team. Develop and implement strategies to grow business in new and existing markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Oversee advertising, public relations, and reporting functions in alignment with the property’s marketing plan. Analyze financial and market data to inform strategic decisions and priorities. Prioritize and document work to meet key business deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent customer experience. Qualifications Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role (Director of Sales or equivalent). Proven success motivating and managing high‑performing sales teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Experience in brand management and market knowledge preferred.
