Key Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist will conduct in-depth evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations upon initial consultation.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual evaluations, incorporating therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy, and advanced modalities to promote healing.
• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques such as stretching, strengthening exercises, and the use of specialized equipment to help alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Engage with patients' families and caregivers to provide education on rehabilitation processes and the use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
