Senior Organisational Change Management/ Human Capital Management Lead (hybrid working with client travel) Your Responsibilities Lead and drive OCM/HCM workstreams for large-scale business and digital transformation programmes. Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and adoption initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and C-level stakeholders throughout transformation programmes. Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations and contract negotiations. Shape go-to-market strategies and contribute to the continuous development of innovative OCM offerings. Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Ensure successful project delivery with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction and commercial performance. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and the growth of the OCM practice. Your Profile 8+ years of experience in Organisational Change Management, Human Capital Management Business Transformation or Management Consulting. Track record of driving business development, managing sales pipelines and supporting proposal creation. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and C-level executives. Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
