Full-service law firm with 16 offices in has an immediate opening in their Miami office for an experienced Legal Assistant with 5+ years of related experience. This position provides high-level support to the Labor and Employment practice group, and the ideal candidate will have strong experience in federal and state litigation. Familiarity with labor and employment law and bilingual ability are a plus.
Primary duties include using Aderant to manage, track, and analyze billing information; preparing and submitting bills to various clients; and addressing related issues. Responsibilities also include managing mediation and meeting schedules for various internal and external participants, as well as other administrative tasks. Additionally, these duties involve coordinating with attorneys and other staff to resolve billing-related discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, including adept proofreading and drafting abilities, proven multitasking capabilities, experience with federal and state court filings, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within deadlines.
