Machine Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Location: Pawtucket & East Providence
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has previous machine operating experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting while following safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities- Operate production machinery according to established procedures.
- Set up and adjust machines as needed for production.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from equipment.
- Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments when needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report equipment, material, or production issues.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–2+ years of machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime and different shifts as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Must follow all safety and quality procedures.
