Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel a diverse caseload of stable, low-acuity clients, addressing a variety of emotional and mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus will be on counseling stable, low-acuity clients seeking to enhance their mental health. Clients are carefully screened to ensure their suitability for virtual counseling, allowing both therapists and clients to engage in productive and meaningful sessions. Your services will play an instrumental role in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, enabling them to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• A proven track record of strong interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a supportive demeanor.

• Proficiency in computer applications necessary for remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring that our team is supported both financially and physically. Compensation is issued through direct deposit on a weekly basis, allowing for timely access to your earnings.
