Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is essential, particularly in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management. Experience with AI technologies like Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants is crucial. Proficiency in technical skills such as Oracle Integration Cloud and RESTSOAP APIs is required. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary for this role. Strong communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder management.


Key responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure workflows. Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for workforce planning. Mentor junior consultants and support change management activities.


Essential Skills:
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is beneficial. Familiarity with Generative AI solutions and conversational AI platforms is a plus. Knowledge of Agile delivery environments can enhance project execution. Experience in Healthcare| Financial Services| or Retail sectors is advantageous. Understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud is preferred.Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR| Payroll| and Talent Management is essential. Experience with AI technologies like Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants is crucial. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud and REST/SOAP APIs is required.
