Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, requiring travel to patients' homes throughout the Manassas area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical history, performing specific assessments, and determining appropriate goals and recommendations.

• Effectively implement treatment protocols that are tailored to patient-specific needs, reinforcing evidence-based methodologies.

Qualifications
