Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and cultivate a positive, trusting rapport with clients, promoting open communication and a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a wide array of mental health disorders, employing diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques.

• Create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals and couples, employing a variety of therapeutic methodologies tailored to the client's preferences and treatment goals.

• Regularly engage with clients to monitor progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and provide continual support and encouragement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and adjustments in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other health care professionals and specialists, referring clients to outside services when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to inspire trust and motivation in clients.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse populations and collaborate with colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of their progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on marriage and family therapy.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
