Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic evaluations to recommend appropriate treatment goals alongside primary care providers.

• Provide brief, focused interventions tailored to individual patient needs and collaborate with primary care staff to determine the best treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment approaches, ensuring relapse prevention plans are in place where necessary.

• Assist in the detection of at-risk patients and devise strategies to mitigate worsening mental health conditions.

• Coordinate health service delivery related to behavioral care, ensuring clear communication with other treatment providers with patient consent.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress within the clinical record system.

• Advise clinic management and team members on behavioral service offerings and potential program improvements for enhanced patient outcomes.

• Promote healthier lifestyle choices and self-management skills to empower patients in their recovery processes.

• Stay compliant with ethical standards and regulations while executing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires will be eligible for a sign-on bonus as an acknowledgement of the valuable skills you bring.
