Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist — Onsite eLearning Support

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist to serve as the primary interface for users and to resolve basic technical issues related to distance learning environments. This onsite role focuses on rapid access issue resolution and initial troubleshooting for the eLearning ecosystem.
