Switch is seeking a Client Support Technician to be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, handling requests, triaging urgency, and guiding issues to resolution in a 24/7, mission-critical environment. Responsibilities include documenting actions, maintaining clear communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure requests are acknowledged and resolved.
