Inside Account Manager

Covering designated territories in North America, the remote Inside Account Manager, Associate will manage inbound communications, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and close revenue with both existing and new customers for AI Developer Tooling solutions. Key responsibilities: Manage inbound communications to achieve targeted sales quotas and revenue opportunities Evaluate customer needs and proactively reach out to the existing customer base to supplement sales efforts Generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling from both existing accounts and new leads Required qualifications: Experience in a high-volume transactional software sales environment Comfortable managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead management to closing deals Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce.com experience as an advantage Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business is a plus but not required
