A private principal in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide a combination of personal assistance, household support, and administrative assistance.
This is a part-time position with the potential for expanded responsibilities and hours as a new technology startup continues to grow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, discreet, and enjoys helping both a household and business operation run smoothly.
The position combines traditional personal assistant responsibilities with light executive support and home management duties.
Schedule & Hours
Approximately 4 hours per day
4–5 days per week
Approximately 20–25 hours weekly
Additional hours may become available as business needs expand
Responsibilities
Personal & Executive Assistant Support
Assist with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and follow-up items
Support various projects and special assignments
Assist with startup-related administrative tasks and organization
Maintain confidentiality regarding business and personal matters
Coordinate errands, deliveries, and general logistics
Household & Home Management Support
Assist with general household organization
Put away grocery deliveries and household purchases
Rotate food items and maintain refrigerator organization
Assist with light food preparation, including washing and slicing vegetables
Support household inventory and supply management
Coordinate shopping and household errands as needed
Additional Support
Run local errands and assist with miscellaneous projects
Help maintain an organized, efficient home office environment
Provide flexible support as priorities shift between household and business needs
Requirements
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Family Assistant, or similar role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Professional, trustworthy, and highly discreet
Comfortable balancing household and administrative responsibilities
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to maintain confidentiality and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
