Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role allows you to provide care from the comfort of your own space, offering flexibility with a work schedule primarily set for Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM. While you will maintain a structured schedule, some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs. The telehealth setting enhances your ability to connect with clients while minimizing travel time, enabling you to focus on providing effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the specific issues faced by clients such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, fully compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient information is handled with the utmost professionalism and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
