Customer Support / Admin

We’re seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person. Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. Process orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records. Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars as needed. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents. Manage filing systems and maintain organized office records. Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy across multiple systems. Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and general office operations. Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
