Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to help clients identify their mental health needs and set personalized treatment goals.

• Delivering evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy that encompasses a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Implementing, monitoring, and adapting treatment plans in partnership with clients, adjusting interventions based on progress and feedback.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years’ direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources in Arizona, enabling you to effectively connect clients with essential support services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate positive interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences and skills are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
