This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting thorough behavioral health screenings, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Offering point-of-care services as required, ensuring immediate mental health support during critical situations.

• Managing therapy sessions for both children and adults, adapting therapeutic techniques to suit various developmental stages and psychological profiles.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current California State LMCH licensure.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct counseling and therapy services, preferably in a community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
