Thoroughly document all methods followed, actively engage in training new team members, and help ensure that lab quality standards are consistently met. Uphold a safe, sanitized workspace while meeting regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Needed Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your employment with us. Key Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals. The ability to exercise independent judgment and address challenges in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations.
