Qualifications Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within one year of being hired. Requirement to maintain current certification throughout employment.
