Office Administrator/CSR

Morgan Miller Plumbing

Company Information Our locally owned, almost 30-year-old, full-service plumbing company is seeking a part-time Office Administrator/CSR representative. Our commitment to quality, integrity, craftsmanship, and excellence in customer service is what drives our business and sets us apart from our competition. This position requires a highly-organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to ensure our customers have an excellent experience from start to finish. Job Duties Answer phones and respond to customer requests in a professional & speedy manner Educate the customer on product offerings and specials Create daily schedule and dispatch customer calls and return visits Ensure that the right technician is dispatched to each job Interact and support technicians in the field Manage pending work orders for timely completion Thank the customer for the business Job Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Outgoing Able to multi-task Self-Starter – able to work independently Excellent phone and customer service skills Identify and solve problems in a timely manner Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & QuickBooks MUST be DEPENDABLE Plumbing industry experience is a plus Position hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, MWF.
